There is a $199 audit fee required to conduct a detailed analysis of your credit reports, determine the best course of action to achieve the desired results, and answer all your credit related questions. The audit fee WILL BE charged once the audit is complete and emailed to you so it will not be charged initially. The audit is NOT part of the credit restoration process. There are no initial charges for the client once the actual credit repair process begins. Once the audit is complete and you wish to move forward, we will set up your file and prepare the first round of bureau disputes. Client will not be charged until inaccurate information is removed during the dispute process, however a valid checking account must be kept on file. We take your personal information very serious and utilize software that is very secure and protected by 256-bit SSL security. Once the disputed items are deleted from your reports after each round, for standard items such as collections, medical bills, charge-offs, etc. the fee is $75/per item/per deletion/per credit report. For public information such as bankruptcies, tax liens, judgments, etc. the fee is $100/per item/per deletion/per

Please include a copy of your driver's license as well as a copy of a current bill. Your current bill can be a phone, utility, furniture, garbage or any bill with your name and current address on it. If you do not have a copy of a bill, you can also use a bank statement, copy of a lease, and/ or copy of your social security card. As a client, you will have access to a personal portal to upload these documents. Or you can simply forward these documents to [email protected]

We will need you to subscribe to MyScoreShield in order to access your credit reports. Currently MyScoreShield is $39.99/month which you will need to have in order to Credible Concepts to monitor your credit reports and dispute derogatory items on your behalf. ACH RECURRING PAYMENT

ACH AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify Credible Concepts in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted periodic payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payment may be executed on the next business day. I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the above noted periodic transaction dates. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that Credible Concepts may at its discretion attempt to process the charge again within 30 days, and agree to an additional $25.00 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I agree not to dispute this recurring billing with my bank so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
